Where will AdventureELEVATE take place?

AdventureELEVATE will be held at The Coeur d’Alene Resort, a four-star resort by the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene in Idaho, 40 minutes from Spokane International Airport.

Discounted rates for AdventureELEVATE delegates are available at the Coeur d’Alene Resort:

  • North Wing $99
  • Park Tower $129
  • Lake Tower $149

These discounted rates include:

  • Discounted overnight parking of $10
  • Discounted roundtrip airport transportation of $49 per person
  • Complimentary high speed internet and fitness center
  • Honored three days pre/post AdventureELEVATE dates, based on availability
  • Does not include applicable state, local taxes and resort service charge

Arriving to The Coeur d’Alene Resort

By Air

The Coeur d’Alene Resort is located 40 minutes east (32 miles) from the Spokane International Airport, offering non-stop or one-stop access from most major US and Canadian cities.

Discounted Air with AlaskaAir

If you choose to fly with AlaskaAir, be sure to use the discount code online for discounted air tickets. See discount details.

Delegates may also use the Discount Code by calling Alaska Airlines Group Desk; however a $15.00 per person ticketing fee will apply.

By Car

The Coeur d’Alene Resort is easy to reach by car via Interstate 90 (Exit 11) or Highway 95 (Northwest Blvd). From the exit, follow the directions to downtown and watch for the Resort on your right. View Google Maps or Mapquest.

Airport Transfers

For delegates staying at the Resort, there is a discounted rate of $49.00 per person round trip airport transfers from the Spokane Airport. Please call for scheduling and pricing at 800-688-5253 ext 7133 or fill out the reservation form. Please note, a 48 hour notice is required for all transportation requests or cancellations. For delegates not staying at the resort, taxi shuttles are available.

Climate

The Coeur d’Alene Resort sits on the beautiful lake known as the “Playground of the Northwest”. The average high temperature is in the mid 50’s°F for the month of April, and lows around 30°F. Be sure to check the weather to pack accordingly for the event and any adventures you may take.

Attire

As with all ATTA events, the attire is ‘Adventure Casual’. Adventure Casual means jeans or pants with a shirt or fleece, on occasion you may see a sport jacket or very casual dress. An additional warmer jacket or sweater is recommended for the cool evenings.

Passports & Travel Visa

For delegates who are citizens of countries that require a visa, the ATTA can provide you with an invitation letter to assist you in your visa application. Registered delegates only, fill out the Visa Letter Request Form. Your invitation letter will be delivered by email as a PDF file within five business days.

Activities

For delegates who want to get a hike or walk in before the event, right next to the resort is Tubbs Hill which offers 120 acres to walk, hike and explore right on Lake Coeur d’Alene. Also, Independence Point Park has beautiful trails near the waterfront to enjoy the beauty of the area.
