AdventureELEVATE is a business-to-business conference focused on the adventure travel industry. A majority of the 450+ attendees will come from organizations, destinations, and publications with a vested interest in the North American market, and the educational content is designed for North American business needs and trends. Inspirational keynotes, Marketplace, networking opportunities, and MediaConnect sessions are beneficial to delegates from around the world.

AdventureELEVATE content focuses on topics and trends for the North American adventure travel community.

Attendees include a mix of North American-based tour operators, travel advisors, media, gear/apparel and industry partners, as well as international tourism boards, destination management companies and suppliers.

All adventure travel industry colleagues, no matter the continent you are from, are invited to attend.

Yes! By popular demand, we have added a Marketplace session to AdventureELEVATE North America. Tour operators and media will have the opportunity to connect with suppliers from all around the world in a series of pre-scheduled, one-on-one meetings.

In addition to the Marketplace, we will continue to have our popular D.N.A. (Disruptive Networking Adventure) event that will give all delegates time to network and meet during a late afternoon cocktail event with creative incentives to spur conversation. The ATTA Compass app will also allow you to schedule meetings in advance with other delegates during available networking time.

Connections with the media are a key benefit to attending AdventureELEVATE. Delegates have the opportunity to meet our official media delegates throughout the event and specifically at Marketplace (timed, pre-scheduled meetings). A diverse group of nearly a dozen international media representatives will be in attendance, seeking inspiration and story ideas from you. Your success in connecting with the journalists, editors, influencers and bloggers depends on your preparation and research about who they are and what they are looking for, so be sure to do your homework!

A like-minded group of adventure travel industry professionals will attend and be eager to learn and meet new colleagues. At ATTA events you can expect a warm and eager welcome and enthusiastic individuals looking to discuss business challenges and opportunities.

No. ATTA does not sell delegate email addresses. We have been notified by some in our community about phishing emails falsely claiming that they can provide email addresses for delegates registered for our events. This happens every year near our event dates, and they are not associated with ATTA. We recommend that you report these emails as spam or phishing to your email service provider.Your privacy is our top priority. The official networking app for AdventureELEVATE North America 2025 is ATTA Compass - just search using that term in your respective app store or use the links below.

Please keep in mind that Compass launches around 4 weeks before the event for Marketplace participants and 1-2 weeks before the event for all other delegates.

Only registered delegates have access to ATTA Compass. You will need your ticket number in order to do so.

Marketplace is a small, intimate environment that connects suppliers and buyers. Similar to “speed dating” but with an emphasis on quality over quantity. Marketplace provides a great atmosphere for introductions, learning about new opportunities, and engaging in product development discussions. Each meeting is 12 minutes long with a 2 minute transition between meetings, giving you the opportunity to have up to 12 meetings.

ATTA Compass is the first step to having a great Marketplace experience. Reaching out to buyers you wish to meet with prior to the appointment request process is the second step — the more you reach out in advance, the more meetings you will have on-site. Utilize the “Message” feature on the app to reach out to buyers and ask them to request you, as requests will be approved based on buyer-supplier matches.

In the weeks before AdventureELEVATE, all Marketplace participants will be invited to request meetings by indicating who they would like to “Meet”, “Must Meet” or “No Thanks”. Our software then analyzes everyone’s preferences and schedules meetings so that everyone receives the maximum number of “Meet” and “Must Meet” matches that are mathematically possible. The algorithm ensures maximum fairness, but cannot guarantee any particular meetings.

The good news is that once you have your finalized Marketplace schedule, you are then free to request meetings through the app with any delegates that you wish outside of the Marketplace session.

AdventureELEVATE is developed for networking throughout the entire event — Marketplace is just one of many ways to connect. Dedicated networking/coffee breaks and the Day of Adventure are great ways to connect with other delegates. Registered delegates may use the ATTA Compass app for pre-event networking, knowledge-sharing, and appointment scheduling at the event. There will be a dedicated MEET ME HERE location to help delegates find each other. Connecting with fellow delegates will also take place during lunches, at the partner networking tables, and during the concurrent sessions as well.

Suppliers will be able to participate in one of the two Marketplace sessions. There is a morning session and an afternoon session. Your meeting location will specify which session you will participate in.

Example: “Table 1 - Morning” -OR- “Table 1 - Afternoon” 

Buyers / Outbound Tour Operators will participate in both Morning and Afternoon Marketplace sessions.
