Why am I getting an error message when I try to use my Swiss Travel Pass redemption code? As a first step, please review the instructional video below or the pdf instructions here to make sure you are selecting all of the options correctly. If you are receiving an error message other than the ones below, please contact [email protected] for assistance.

• "The journey you have booked does not fall within the valid travel period of the promotional code you have entered." Resolution: Under 'Travel options' make sure you have selected 24 September or later as your 'Valid from' start date. 
• "The promotional code you have entered is not valid for the offer you have chosen. The total price has been modified accordingly." Resolution: Under 'Travel options' make sure you have selected a 1st Class pass. The redemption code will not work if you have selected 2nd Class.
• "Unfortunately, the selected offer is not available. Please choose another product or contact Support." Resolution 1: Under 'Travel options' make sure you have selected a 1st Class pass. The redemption code will not work if you have selected 2nd Class. Resolution 2: If you created an account and signed in, double check that your Country of Residence is saved in your profile. If you have not set your Country of Residence, you won't be able to complete the purchase. Resolution 3: Under 'Enter passengers' click the 'Add passengers' button and make sure you have selected a Country of Residence outside of Switzerland.

I have not received my Swiss Travel Pass redemption code? If you are registered for ATWS 2022, you should have received an email with the redemption code in it. Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email with the subject line Steps to Redeem Swiss Pass Code + ATTA Compass App -or- Redeeming your Swiss Travel Pass for ATWS 2022. How do I know how long my Swiss Travel Pass is valid for? All delegates who reside outside of Switzerland will receive a 6, 8 or 15 day pass. A limited number of 15 and 8-day passes were distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. You will find the length of your pass during the redemption process.

I used my redemption code and was issued a Swiss Travel Pass, but now I need to change the name or dates. Can anyone help me do that? Unfortunately it is not possible for ATTA or Swiss Travel System to change a Swiss Travel Pass once it has been issued.
