Media Application Now Closed

Media applications are now closed

This application closed on 13 March 2024. Applications will be reviewed in March with final selections made by the beginning of April 2024.

Thank you for your interest in applying to be considered to attend the Adventure Travel World Summit 2024 as an Official Media Delegate.

The Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) is the preeminent opportunity for adventure travel industry professionals to gather from around the world for networking, education, and inspiration.

Selected Official Media delegates will learn about new companies and trends in the adventure tourism space, discover stories from operators and destinations, and form new lasting relationships. Immersive adventure activities on Pre-Summit Adventures and the Day of Adventure will give travel media the chance to discover the biodiversity and cultural heritage of Panama.

In the interest of maintaining a healthy dynamic of diverse business interests in the final event delegation, there is a limited maximum number of 50 Official Media delegate spots at the Summit, both fully-hosted (30) and complimentary registration (20). Selections for fully-hosted spots will be made from the pool of applications received. (More details on hosted and comp registration spots below.)

Schedule:
If selected, the entire trip length will vary in duration from 9 to eleven 11 days, depending on the final selection of Pre-Summit Adventure tour options (3-5 days in length) plus the travel time from your origin city. Tour options will be made available after applications are selected.

The Summit itself is Monday-Thursday 7-10 October 2024 (including Day of Adventure on Monday 7 October), with return departures on Friday 11 October 2024. Selected media are required to attend the duration of the Summit, no early departures.
