What is included?
ATTA is offering some new digital opportunities with this year’s 2021 ATWS Virtual Marketplace. Included with the Marketplace Table purchase of $750 USD:

  • Pre-scheduled meetings using the Summit’s matchmaking algorithm
    • ATTA will help you review and find potential partners via pre-scheduled 15 minute appointments at Marketplace. You pick your top meetings from the Tour Operator Buyers and Travel Advisors, and Buyers pick their preferred Supplier meetings, and through a matchmaking algorithm your meetings schedule is created and sent to you. After years of Marketplace events, we have fine-tuned our formula of meetings and helped forge hundreds of new, creative partnerships.
  • 2021 ATWS Marketplace Supplier Directory
    • This Marketplace Supplier Directory will include a listing of each supplier, destination, and partner participating in the 2021 ATWS Marketplace. ATTA will promote awareness to this Marketplace Supplier Directory to tour operator Buyers and travel advisors in ATTA’s global network.
  • Promotional Emails
    • One email prior to the Summit will include mention about the Marketplace Supplier Directory to increase visibility with our global Buyer audience.
    • One email after the Summit will also mention the Marketplace Supplier Directory.

    • One social media post prior to the Summit to increase visibility with our global Buyer audience to the Marketplace Supplier Directory

When and how will this Virtual Marketplace work?

  • Date: The 2021 ATWS Virtual Marketplace will be on Day 2 of the Summit
  • Time – Frame: We will have three – two hour blocks of time to take advantage of meeting across time zones globally.
    • 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM Pacific Time Zone
    • 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM Pacific Time Zone
    • 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Pacific Time Zone

**Your schedule on our Marketplace event platform will convert to your time zone (Convert to your time zone now)

  • Length of Meetings: Each appointment will be 15 minutes
  • Calendar Tip: You may block off your calendar if one of the particular time zones does not work with your schedule.

Marketplace Step by Step:

Step 1: You will receive access soon to our virtual event platform to view and update your supplier profile and begin to assemble and prioritize your meetings requests along with our step-by-step guide to navigating the Marketplace.

Step 2: We will create a pre-matched schedule of 15 minute appointments for you with Buyers. You are welcome to add/change additional appointments once your schedule is received.
