Thank you for your interest in applying to be considered to attend the Adventure Travel World Summit 2022 as an Official Media Delegate.
The Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS) is the preeminent opportunity for adventure travel industry professionals to gather from around the world for networking, education, and inspiration.
Selected Official Media Delegates will learn about new companies and trends in the adventure tourism space, discover stories from operators and destinations, and form new lasting relationships. Immersive adventure activities on Pre-Summit Adventures and the Day of Adventure will give travel media the chance to discover the Swiss way of Sustainable Tourism, exploring the spectacular mountains, wild gorges, mystical forests, and local cultures.
In the interest of maintaining a healthy dynamic of diverse business interests in the final event delegation, there are a limited number of 50 Official Media Delegate spots at the Summit, both fully-hosted (30) and discounted (20). Selections for fully-hosted spots will be made from the pool of applications received. (More details on hosted and discounted spots below.)
Schedule:
If selected, the entire trip length (including a 4-night Pre-Summit Adventure, arrival on 28 September) is ten days, plus travel time from your origin city. The Summit itself is 3-6 October (including Day of Adventure on 3 October), and return departures on 7 October 2022.
